Ingredients

Cactus pears
1 cup
Frozen berries of choice

Banana
1/3 cup
Unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon
Chia seeds
Step by Step Instructions
- Carefully peel and de-thorn the prickly pears. Puree them, then strain out the seeds.
- Blend the pear puree, frozen berries of choice, banana, and the almond milk in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with chia seeds.
